Because all Dominion & King products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions, sizing details, and order information carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at jaydendominionk@gmail.com with:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item and packaging

Our team will review the information provided and follow up with next steps as quickly as possible.

If approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
